THE COURSE IS INTENDED FOR
active and energetic women who want to be able to competently moderate conversations and negotiations,
active and energetic women who strive for victory,
women who want to gain confidence in communication.
OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE
to develop abilities to meaningfully plan and manage the negotiation,
to teach women to focus on key topics in conversations,
to help women become more confident and successful,
to help women realise their dreams meaningfully and effectively.
PROGRAM
Typology of the negotiation genre: conversation (monologue – dialogue), dispute (monologue – dialogue), discussion (monologue – dialogue), negotiation (monologue – dialogue). (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Learning to get rid of illusory hopes and choose a communication strategy and tactics based on what the communication field is at the current moment in time. 2. Finding one's own mistakes in communication. 3. Overview of different types of "fighting tactics" in negotiations. )
Communication is like hitting different targets: you can "hunt" for success or waste time, nerves and hopes in vain. After all, the point is not to shoot well, but to hit the target. (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Accurate targeting of the main goal is a guarantee of success, self-confidence, resource saving, self-assertion and happiness. 2. Answer for the question: "Why people often fail to achieve that what is expected from communication ?"
Who is the real leader of the conversation, dispute, negotiation? (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Advantage in becoming a real leader. 2. Increased self-confidence.)
Technologies of productive communication: expediency of communication, i.e. answering the question "does it make sense to waste ammunition". Technologies of preparation for communication. Stages of business negotiations, their goals. Positions available to negotiators. (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Quick analysis of the expediency and direction of negotiations, disputes or conflicts. 2. Self-assessment of expediency. 3. Self-assertion. 4. Activation of the achievement of victories. 5. Increased self-confidence. 6. Ability to become a leader and remain in a leadership position.)
Communication methods of a winner: 3 competencies, 5 postulates for victory and 3 criteria for evaluating efficiency. "The Lion's Throne" and "The Fox's Armchair" in negotiations. Components of the negotiation process. Trainer and tigers in the arena. A magical word. Words are silver and silence is gold. Magic of silver questions. Divide and conquer. (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Ability to use the techniques and weapons of the winner. 2. Rationality and common sense in negotiations. 3. Anti-puppet status. 4. In fact, it is important for a woman not only to negotiate in sales, with partners, but also in personal conversations within the family, with a loved one, with children. In the latter case, there are also particular rules that must be respected.
