OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

  • to create for each participant a sketch of her charismatic image,
  • to help women realise their dreams in a meaningful and effective way,
  • to help women become more confident and successful.

PROGRAM

  • What is charisma? Is it possible to "generate" charisma yourself? Charisma as a phenomenon. What are kings and queens of charisma capable of? (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Euphoria from one’s own possibilities. 2. Prospect of becoming a queen of charisma.)
  • The anatomy of charisma: 10 signs of charisma. 10 charisma enhancement conditions. 3 charisma developing conditions. Take off the rose-colored glasses: you have a charismatic male – a seducer in front of you. (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Confidence that success is guaranteed. 2. Clear azimuth towards self-assertion and happiness. 3. Safety measures against male predators.)
  • Creation of an individual charisma sketch for each training participant: genetic characteristic of the phenotype. Brief description of the image of the future charismatic character. Passport of existing resources of the participant. Passport of the necessary additional resources for each training participant. 10 ways to boost your charisma. (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Increased advantage over other competitors. 2. New look at yourself. 3. Increased confidence. 4. Individual charm. 5. Impact on the environment.)
  • Practice. Creation of personal plans on how to develop your own charisma for each training participant. (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Strengthening the sense of order and peace. 2. Increasing the degree of self-importance. 3. Feeling of self-assertion. 4. Goal achievement activation. 5. Confidence that every woman can become charismatic and attractive.)
  • Training. Face: forming a smile, playing with eyebrows, passionate nostrils, "tiger before the jump". Hands. Gestures: "And here … you are!", "John the Baptist". (What is the benefit for the participant? 1. Get to know your own face. 2. Learn to control your facial expressions. 3. Increased attractiveness and charm. 4. One more step towards your goals. 5.
